I've always loved the movies. There's a VHS tape somewhere of myself, where I'm probably around 6, in feet pajamas performing a monologue from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. It wasn't long after that a small-for-his-age, shy, artsy child found a home on the stage. I became the "theater guy" in school and college. I've been fortunate enough to amass a professional acting resume, which you can find at www.NickLatrenta.wix.com/actor and https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2287010/

Put simply, I love telling stories. After all, we were created by the Greatest Story Teller of all.

Parallel to acting was writing. I always loved writing short stories, short scripts, and journaling. I always dreamed of making movies, not just being in them. I started writing short screenplays very young and started to delve more into the mechanics and art of screenwriting in college. Before I knew it, I had written my first feature, Nunchucks*, and my and learned the art of rewriting.

A true artist never stops learning and that's what makes the journey so fun. As a matter of fact, I had not worked on Lost in Church for quite some time until I felt led back to it. Thus, it became LOST + FOUND

Overall, the best way to describe me is blessed. I have my LORD, my wife, family and friends, a great job, and so much more.

And to top it off, here is some of my favorite bit of writing:

Romans 10

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?

And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"

See below a video displaying this faith. I play the Man in white.
